The past 19 of March, the ISDI welcomed the III Employee Experience Forum, organized by Lukkap. As every year, for three years, Lukkap presented the latest trends in terms of Employee Experience. Specifically, this year José Luis Pascual y Pilar Noarbe, Director and Consultant of EX in Lukkap, presented the conclusions of the IMEX of Employee Experience, the First Index of Measurement of Employee Experience in Spain.

The study shows that, although in the first instance the results may seem good, if we delve into them we can see how the eNPs (index of promoter employees) of Spanish companies is not good; the average indicates that, At present, the organizations of our country have more detractors than promoters.

Also, during the day we could listen Real cases of Employee Experience that are being carried out in companies in our country. In this way, Esther Burges, Responsible for Communication and Employee Experience in Ibercajaand Beatriz Vila, Director of People in Chiesi, shared with the attendees the advances that are being implemented in their companies from this new model of relationship.
